- UV DTF (direct-to-film) is the process of UV printing onto a film which is then laminated with heat.
- While traditional inks are solvent based and dried via evaporation, UV inks are cured with UV light.
- Does not require a block, and is suitable for multi-coloured, gradient printing.
- UV DTF Type A is suitable for small items such as pens and keyholders.
- Pricing is usually determined by number of colours and size of the design.
- Fixed minimum charge incurred for less than 100 units.
- Lead time is 7 business days. Rush charge applicable for shorter lead time.
